1. About Panacea
Panacea is an intelligent companion application designed to support individuals on GLP-1 medications. Panacea provides personalized guidance, educational content, and wellness tracking tools.
Panacea is not a medical provider and does not prescribe medication. Our service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your treatment plan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Panacea. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration

Panacea offers subscription plans with a 14-day free trial. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panacea Health AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
